The mission of Collab Central
Collab Central is a one stop shop for all your collaborative working needs. We understand the difference between types of working arrangements, across agencies and disciplines, and work with you to manage the right approach for your needs. You might manage or work in partnerships, networks, alliances or indeed, collaboratives. We aim to help you set up, strengthen and improve your collaborative working through providing evidence based resources. We also provide independent coaching and facilitation to make sure power and influence is shared equally between the agencies involved. We understand that challenges can -and will - emerge and we can help you solve those positively. Our goal is to work with you to make your collab as sustainable and effective as it can be, keeping you on track to achieve your desired outcomes.
